It appears the situation is more complicated than what the Fox News item suggests. The CIA was heavily involved in Bengazi, operating under the diplomatic cover of the embassy and supposedly there were misunderstandings on responsibility for security.....the fog of bureaucracy is every bit as thick as the fog of war.....
