If this is all you have, you haven't debunked anything.

The two studies measure different things, The first measures those who get their news from only one source. The other does it by political affiliation.

The "analysis" starts off with a straw man. It doesn't claim to prove that Fox News viewers are necessarily malinformed by Fox, just merely there is a correlation. Personally, I think it has great appeal to those who love conspiracy theories, the nuttier the better. Certainly, that was a large part of the appeal of Beck.

Then he picked a few instances where the Fox viewers weren't totally off in the weeds. He does a certain amount of dancing around with semantics and he was done.
