Which SCJ will retire in the next 4 years? Ruth Ginsburgh? That won't make any difference since she leans left. That no good for nothing Clarence Thomas will stay until he dies. And Scalia will not step down. So, who do you think will leave?

This SCOTUS is very important no doubt. But of greater importance is Obamacare. and I am happy to see that it will survive after a Obama victory. Once the people experience the benefits in 2014, I am sure it will survive under any President after that.
