Judith; I did not touch on the 33.5 Million issue today with Brad. I was doing my best to address my concerns on the 50 Million shares. My post on the Internet were I stated that if the issues were not addressed in the next newsletter concerning the shares that I would throw the newsletter in the garbage bin really got Brads attention apparently one of the shareholders copied my post and Emailed it to Eutro. As far as shares held by insiders again I did not touch on that issue as well. But feel free to call Brad tomorrow with your questions. As far as the insider shares to my knowledge they are being held in certificate form from my understanding.
