Why is it they are reporting 4,6 and 9 hour waits in black/Latino areas of FL but not in white areas:



Duval County, Florida

The racial makeup of the county was 60.90% White, 29.50% Black or African American, 0.40% Native American, 4.20% Asian, 0.10% Pacific Islander, 2.10% from other races, and 2.90% from two or more races. 7.90% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.


Hillsborough County, Florida
The racial makeup of the county was 75.17% White, 14.96% Black or African American, 0.39% Native American, 2.20% Asian, 0.07% Pacific Islander, 4.66% from other races, and a 2.56% from two or more races. 17.99% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.

You just did a post to me yesterday suggesting that Koreans were the most amazing people on earth when compared to blacks and Latinos; and now you're saying you didn't mean to make that comparison?
There's nothing amazing about it. It's just an example of how an immigrant group can lift themselves out of poverty.

Other immigrant groups have done it or are in the process of doing it.


But blacks and Latinos are lagging behind.......is that what you're saying?
