Romney's Testy 'Mormon Video' Goes Viral

ARE LIBERALS KIDDING THEMSELVES BY RELISHING HIS 'WEIRD' BELIEFS?

( Even though the church has missionaries all over, Mitt does NOT want to talk about Mormon beliefs!)

(NEWSER) – An old video of Mitt Romney irritably defending his faith went viral this week, a sign that Democrats are likely reveling in his ill temper and Mormon beliefs during the final days of the campaign, the Washington Post reports. Romney gets irate in the 2007 video when his interviewer—Jan Mickelson of WHO-AM in Des Moines—asks why Romney's past defense of abortion rights didn't contradict Mormon values. "You’re trying to tell me that I’m not a faithful Mormon," says Romney at one point.

Quizzed about Christ's return, Romney says Mormons believe Christ "will reign from two places, that the law will come forward from one place, from Missouri and the other will be in Jerusalem." Yet evangelicals are supporting Romney despite his beliefs, the Post notes, especially after Billy Graham said Mormonism was not a cult. So are liberals deluded in thinking the video has any impact? "A lot of people are saying this is a last-ditch effort by people who oppose Romney to bring out the Mormon card, to bring out the weirdness," says one Mormon scholar.

What's sad is how much you want it to be true.

This is exactly what I'm talking about.

I NEVER claimed that any race is superior or not. NEVER.

Look at the history of this thread. I posted an article that discusses a study which clearly shows that racism is alive and well in this country. Your response..........Koreans have accomplished a lot in this country. When pushed as to why you brought it up, you begin to suggest there are good reasons why blacks and Latinos might not be doing well.....culture, nurture, genes etc. Then as we drill down further.........Latinos are really not that bad. The real problem is the black race.........and its really about genes.........evolution.....and academia keeps tamping down any time there is an attempt to get the 'truth' out about blacks.

Breaking news to Tench.........that's what most racists believe.......and its definitely what many Asian racists believe. I know because I've heard their views about blacks......and to a lesser extent, Latinos. Of course, they also believe they are superior to whites as well, but that's another story.

Hmmmmm..........culture you say..........you grew up in the Korean culture didn't you.

YOU are the one that keeps bringing this up.

Because you all continue to deny its real.

YOU are the one who needs to believe that I'm some sort of racial supremacist.

I don't need to believe anything...........I am just tired of your denial esp when it comes to the GOP and race.

I've had it with your race-baiting. I've tried to be patient with you, even against the grain of this thread, but you have turned into nothing but a negative force.

That's right........make truth into a negative. That's what lets you remain in denial.
