I barely remember the movie, except for a few specific scenes.

But I cannot stand lousy customer service.

My attitudes clearly date back to my days growing up working in my dad's restaurants. He taught me early on that the customer's always right, even when they're wrong.

Today, it isn't as valued as it used to be. Our customers get great service and they know it. But I don't think it makes them particularly more committed to us.
