Tommy D, that sounds like a likely scenerio....
The offer is conditiional on 51%, if there is no further offer and they can't get 51% (which might happen if the market and Oils stayed weak) the price could come off.
Saying that I think the most likely event is that the takeover goes through at the price. I've sold about 60% of my position and will try for ARO $2 over the next 2 wks for the rest. Scott
