I have no clue - day 3 on the sell signal on TNX is still a caution flag. All I know is the market will try to act as non chalant as possible heading into the election - maybe not so nice after the election though. Wed will be day 1 of the national debate over the fiscal cliff - no matter who wins.

The direction of the market depends on the bond market. If yields stat dropping below 1.6%, things could get rough. I'm thinking the DOW could take a run below 13,000 by the end of the week. 12,600 would make a nice target for a 1000 point decline from the recent peak at 13,600. I thiunk there would be some very good buys at that level. Still seems like we are only halfway through this pullback.
