between you and i and the rest of this thread and maybe a few more, my take is that the resource would not be exploited in any great hurry, and may be only tee-ed up at the margin to keep the global pricing more honest.

whereas the comrades would be much more enthusiastic to do different in the banana republics known as australia and canada and niger and ... per dictate of peaceful rise and non-interference and mutual respect and and and

as local cash flow businesses are established or otherwise bought into (i.e. power generation, airport, telecom, utilities, etc etc) , and in alignment w/ the secret invention of team america, that be 'one dollar one vote', peaceful rise it shall be.
