MZ, looks like very thing is well-covered in telomerase.

. The difficulties for syn. comp. in this case: (1) assay setup, by the outlook, telomease functions in a huge complex , extremely hard to minic in vitro. (2). nucleu-penetration of compounds are seldom documented or measured, (3) What is a relavent mice model. Conventional xenograft tumors (C6, skov3 etc) probably won't tell you a thing. How do they opt. libraries. Boy oh boy, isip & geron etc are in some deep ssss here. Yeast is the bet. Anybody ahead on this?

The good news is, if some one starts next year, & might still be able to catch up with these guys, nobody is goning anywhere soon as far as I can tell (which is not much ahead of my nose).

To me this one is a discounted item. But an assay or model could sell some $$$$$$.

good luck to TI
