It is being presented as a merger as opposed to a buy-out of raptor by axent. I think the fact that raptor was bought out by another small cap company will not do much for the stock price. But I am surprised that the raptor board agreed to the .8 stock ratio considering the long term potential that raptor has(should have???)with little or no premium.
BTW what is Compaq's stake in the company.
