so I think this is a good sign here in marxist Maryland, no lines, no one showing up to vote for Obama. I hope that tells a story for the rest of the country.

In Virginia the radio is saying 2-4 hour lines

hope I'm right and the libs are tired of Obama and just aren't going out to vote in big numbers. the giant lines in VA is in big republican areas. Massive lines in Prince William county, that county didn't show up for McCain

Update on the voting here in conservative south-central PA:

My husband just called and reported that our little township has a voter registration of 1,680 (overwhelmingly republican). 792 people (or 47%) had voted by 3:00. The largest turnout generally occurs between 5:00 and 8:00 PM, when people get off of work. At this rate, the total turnout is extrapolated to conceivably be in the neighborhood of 70+%.

Absolutely unprecedented.

I live in Maryland near the York County PA line and the lines never stopped all day according to everyone I spoke to. This is Romney country. While MD will not go for Romney, it is good to know his supporters are out in force.
