this is what pisses me off about our judicial branch. Some of the supremes seem to think that there job is to make law. Their job is to interpret law to determine if it is constitutional. Not how they want the constitution to be, but what it is.

Some of the recent supreme court appointees have indicated that the US Constitution is flawed. OK, that may be, but they don't get to fix it from the bench. That's why we have an amendment process.
