Dusty: I thank you for that info...This is NOT a flame.. I haven't checked out the info.. I will tomorrow and all next week.. 45,000 shares is NOT a big deal.. It is less than $90,000.. This is NOT anything to be concerned with... 144's are generally, if the share amount is high, but this is not a big deal... The person registering to sell may just want to pay off a mortgage.. However, I DO appreciate the info..thanks...al

Insiders sometimes file to sell a small portion of their shares when they know or expect the share price to shoot up. Also filing doesn't mean that they'll be selling right away. Filing gives them a chance to take some profit when the share price shoots up.
