there was plenty of private money. first you guys say the rich are getting way rich, tax the rich they have a ton of money,

Now no one had private money to invest in GM

With an earlier bankruptcy (rather then having the left campaign for a bailout), and less political interfernce there would have been private money (including the money in GM, less of which would have been used up if they where not allowed to bleed as long before the bankruptcy.

Also even if your going to toss all that federal money towards them (which will probably never be paid back if you consider every potion of it, and you also account for time value of money), it could have been done with a lot less heavy handed political interference in the process.
