Thanks Doug. I guess ABTE "zagged" when I half expected it to just keep "zigging" in the short-term.

Able gets acquisition offer from Applied

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Dec 3 (Reuters) - Able Telcom Holding Corp, a
communications company, said Wednesday it
received an unsolicited offer from Applied Cellular Technology Inc (Nasdaq:ACTC -
news) to acquire 100 percent of the fully
diluted and outstanding shares of ABTE.

The proposed purchase price of Able Telcom stock is $12.00 per share, payable in
shares of ACTC Class ''A'' Common
Stock, the company said in a release.

''The unsolicited offer was received with no advance notice and is under review by
Able's Board of Directors and financial
advisors,'' Gerry Hall, chief executive officer and president of Able said in the release.

Hall said it would be premature to make any other comments. Company officials were
not immediately available to comment
further.

Hello... BLSC and APCO.... Goodbye... ABTE...

Doug:

I bought BLSC and APCO at the end of the day... The charts are improving, the fundamentals look very good, and the new BLSC contract points to higher revenues...

I took profits on the second half of ABTE... You'd think that with an offer of 12.00 on the table the stock would have traded over 10.00 for most of the day... When it didn't, I said "Thank you" and took my profits and invested in the above stocks...
