Hello Thomas, Yes, I am in Australia and I know BHP reasonably well. I worked for them briefly in the early 1960s as a trainee metallurgist and I lost a lot of money on them a few months ago (so you can see that I am no expert in predicting this stock!). I will post some useful sites for you. HotCopper is good for general information, but rarely does BHP get a mention because most of the talk is in the smaller resource stocks. The URL is: hotcopper.com.au There has been a lot of criticism recently in the media about the management of BHP. John Prescot is mentioned a lot, and so is Jerry Ellis (supposedly the director responsible for BHP buying Magma Copper). I will post some recent press stories on this topic. Market sentiment in respect of BHP is fairly negative at present, but history has shown that this can change overnight. Regards to you all. Aurum
