I was being a smart ass. In all seriousness, the court, even if the majority changes, very rarely flip flops on a case where they agreed there is an individual right just a few years ago. Historically, they don't revisit the same issue that quickly. It's more like 50 years before they will even think about revisisting an issue. Firearm ownership is an explosive issue. Self defense for asians and hispanics and whites is paramount. It's only blacks, where they know their own can't be trusted with guns, that cannot be trusted with firearms.
