Have we become a people who want the government to take care of us? Willing to surrender our freedoms for an envelope full of food stamps and an earful of banal speeches from the Oval Office? Is that what we have become? Looks like the answer is "yes", at least for the parasite class that seems to have become the majority. The problem for them is that the host, productive Americans, is rapidly running out of blood to feed them. And Obama's agenda, with higher taxes (except for his crony "capitalist" friends), more wasteful spending, stifling regulations and war on energy, will only increase the rate of bleeding. There are far too many stupid people in this country who think that if they strangle the golden goose, it will somehow keep laying golden eggs. How many jobs will the Occupy rabble produce?? At some point, Atlas will shrug. It will be instructive to watch the Peoples State of California, whose citizens passed Prop 30, raising taxes even higher and will be implementing a greenie carbon taxing scheme starting next year. Businesses will accelerate moving to states like Texas. Polarization in this country will grow, IMO. The divide between the makers and the takers will widen. And I see a headline that the rest of the world cheers Obama's re-election. They're also so obviously too dense to realize that when our goose is cooked, theirs will be roasted "well done", in fact.. Tired, socialist, Muslim infested Europe is coming apart at the seams. The ME is getting ready blow. And the empty chair in the White House will continue to play golf. The time to batten down the hatches draws ever nearer..
