Re: The Constitution is just a document now, not our founding principles. And that is sad. There are many other judges, besides those who may yet invade the next complement, who feel that the Constitution is a "working" document and needs to change to reflect modern times. And, of course, there are those who think the Constitution simply gets in their way and needs to be revised - or ignored. So many books to read. So little time.
