RE: IMF = american taxpayer. have you seen how many of those taxpayers have been downsized right out of their ability to pay those taxes, which will enable the flow of money via the IMF? And how will
those funds become avail. to move from the IMF when the taxpayer is
dead? They will then have to come from the printing press! We may see concurrent inflation & deflation! Hell will truely come to pass.

IMF considering issuing bonds ...

There was an article in the newspaper the other day that the IMF may resort
to issuing bonds (no details given) if they need more money to bail out the
Pacific Rim and/or So. America. It is in the IMF charter that they have the
authority to do so.
