No, the ground game wasn't lacking in anyway. Living in swing state CO, it was hard. We had to unplug our landline phone. My wife and I are quite surprised at Jefferson County going blue....that's all I can say.

romney knew there was 47% of voters he would not win over, he fully understood the dynamic of the F$A, so just knowing that meant he was always going to be a long shot....no amount of 'educating' an idiocracy voter would change that....his only hope was the moderates and independents, where apparently he did pretty well...it just so happens that there just aren't enough to compensate for the 47% (which in reality i think is actually higher)

as has been noted ad nauseum here and elsewhere, the tipping point has been reached
