bob....we'll just have to agree to disagree....

the fact that the oil boom in ohio created new jobs DESPITE obama, then handing obama the election shows a cognitive dissonance that cannot be cured with an advertising campaign....you make my argument for me...if the oil boom benefits were accurately perceived to outweigh any gov't handouts, the election outcome would have been far different

ohio is a dinosaur old line 'manufacturing' state...(just look at the electoral college map and you will see what i am talking about, it wasn't 'just ohio') whatever jobs that were created by oil and gas pales in comparison to the bitter clinger's who worked all their lives in union or gov't supported industries and these people are scared $hitless about losing the status quo 'benefits' ,.....they voted to make sure the gov't cheese is going to continue and increase

people vote their wallets. fact.

the reality is the 47% are having their wallets lined by the rest of us and their numbers are growing

Things are better here largely due to oil and gas - something that has truly happened in spite of Obama.
I would not expect that to last.

Obama's EPA will take care of your oil and gas industry.
