I never wait for the market to go higher to buy stocks. I almost always look to add or build positions on big pullbacks. I've pointed out that November can be much worse than October, so I've maintained very high cash positions looking for a post election dip. I'm not going to wait for the DOW to bounce back above 13K to start buying positions that are starting to look flushed out. I'd rather buy where the prices are low and the yields are high.
