How does Romney get the blame for this.....????I think he ran a decent campaign....there will be a lot of second guessing........but the blame is on the people who voted from Obama.....despite his undeniable record of failure. Those people voted not for responsibility.....but for more "free"stuff.

I thought he ran a decent campaign. He had momentum until Sandy hit and I think that cost him. I thought that some of the exit polls stated as much. A lot of folks who voted for McCain seemed to have sat this one out - apathy. I think the tactics were working until sandy and perhaps he should have gone on the attack more. At that point, he was running the campaign as the front runner and I always hated the prevent defense....

Look at the numbers. The republican machine did not churn out its voters. Plain and simple.
For president, or for congress. Something went wrong with the ground game.
