M3 has no risk in the first well, but, does share in the reward, if any.

WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! M3 is selling the property to CO&G for restricted shares rather than cash. Do you think that M3 feels trapped in this stock? I don't think so. M3 initially paid for the property and they have the WHOLE PURCHASE PRICE to loose if CSMA shares looses value. On the contrary, they are confident that the CSMA stock will appreciate over the next 12 months, that is why they are willing to take restricted shares of CSMA stock rather than cold cash for the property.

Maybe you have been burned before and suffer the battered wive's syndrome but don't ignore the other aspects of this deal. What about the disposal well potential?

Tradesman

I have read over a few of your past posts on other threads. Are you from the San Antonio area? If so, we are trying to put together a TA seminar in SA hopefully during Fiesta Week next year (April)

Please see the "Road to San Antonio" thread. Details are forthcoming as soon as I get a chance to tie down the exact dates.
