Look, y'all have zero credibility when it comes to finances. We had controls called Paygo under Clinton. But when Bush rolled into DC, y'all decided it was too restrictive, threw it out and had a party at taxpayer expense. The majority of the debt was rolled up under the sainted Reagan, Bush I and Bush II. And most of the work that led to the near collapse of the global economy was done under those three. Yes, the Democrats, at least used to be, tax and spend. But the Republicans have been borrow and spend for decades and that is far worse.
