Gary, Don't know I did not see a date listed just that a form 144 had been filed. Today the stock dropped some. If you really want my own feeling on this one it is simply this. It is a LONG term play. I have wondered in the back of my mind if the insiders play with this a bit but don't know. I started out with this when it was a penny play sold under Monocolonial Units or something like that and of course it did a REVERSE split like all of them seem to do. I bought in a year or more ago for more at 4.25 or 4.50 don't remember which and it must have been at all time high ... and has gone down ever since. But, remember you don't loose anything till you sell! I am in for the long HAUL here. This is just my opinion. Dusty
