Do we have room in the flag to accomodate an additional star ?

Re Puerto Rico & the US (some similarity to Australia)

In a diff part of the world - the Australian Constitution has a clause that says words to the effect of : "Should New Zealand request & decide to become a state of Australia, Australia cannot refuse the request".

To the best of my knowledge, such a proposition has never been considered by New Zealanders.

Puerto Rico

From what I've read their governor, Luis Fortuno, was clearing the deadwood and setting the stage for capitalism.

So they threw him out.
