Out of guilt? Why do you say that? I voted for him because the Republicans have gone nuts and push policies that will destroy this country. They have caused a lot of damage already. McCain had promised to double down on all of Smirk's bad policies and Obama was the best chance the Democrats had to beat him. I liked Hilary better, but the Right had decades worth of anti-Clinton made up shit that would have obfuscated the issues. Obama was a blank slate. Mittens just wanted to be president and was willing to lie, take any position he thought his audience wanted to hear and showed very early on he didn't have the slightest clue what the 99% really was like except they made fine servants. Besides, his form of vulture capitalism hit the middle class pretty hard. They would routinely take over companies who had pension funds that were technically over-funded, drain those assets, leaving those pension funds vulnerable to any economic downturn. There is nothing lower than screwing with people's retirement.
