May I suggest that when you use a strongly worded diatribe against the financials of a company (or when you do serious research, in general), that you use the primary sources filed with the SEC to support your argument. S&P is wrong about the cash flow of CUBE, assuming they are stating that it is negative. It is quite positive.

It also helps to know what cash flow means and how to calculate it yourself. However, that's not as easy as skimming through an S&P Guide.
