I remember Alec Baldwin saying that he would leave the country if GW Bush was re-elected in 2004. Seems to me that he stuck around and managed to make more money in acting. Lot's of hyperbole around election results- very little negative reaction. They can only tax you on what you make, and the tax rates aren't any better in foreign countries where you can't speak the language. Alec Baldwin would be a lousy actor in Europe, paying triple the taxes. I'm not applying for a foreign work visa any time soon! Political reactions are better left to comedians.<g>
