Should people be taxed more to pay off the nations debt or should the treasury just print more money to pay off the nations debt? If you were a politician which would you choose?

NO, They should exp[ress their beliefs and be honest regarding them. Let the masses decide who best aligns to their beliefs. Pretty far from reality eh? Bob

"Should people compromise there beliefs to win elections?" Only if they want to win. For example, while I do not favor open borders, I WOULD favor a "path to citizenship" for illegals. The other choice is to deport 1.7 million illegals. Do you think that will ever really happen? Really?? How about abortion? Whatever position you take makes half of the people mad at you. This was decided by the Supreme Court in Roe vs Wade, and will stay that way until that same court changes it.` We need to be talking about Jobs, and Freedom, and let the other stuff go. Otherwise you are a sidelines savant. It is nice that you believe _____ , but since you will not be taking any action on that, it is counter-productive to be sermonizing about it.
