I guess for Charger then also, if you both live in the area. I'm in NJ.
I have one story that tells me the the hearing to settle the final case filed
by BCMD against Jim Anderson was settled in BCMDs favor. Further, that Mr.
Anderson failed to appear. This inspired the additional judicial wrath of a
warrant for his arrest and a fine of $30,000.

I'm looking to get my hands on an official record of decision (or whatever it
might be called) to confirm what appears to be the close on this BCMD story. The
staff at the US District Court for Northern California (San Fransisco) has laid
down a fairly convoluted process for obtaining a copy. The case number is C94-3487.
Trial date was last Monday, 24 November 1997. This info from pg. 22-23 of AR.
Phone for the Court is (415) 522-2000. On contact is Pauline Barr 522-2064.

I was just wondering if you ever get to SF and if so whether you might be able to
stop in to view the record?
