Do say more on the ZACK's rating. When did Zacks make this rating? Was it just today, December 2, 1997? Did they change a rating or re-affirm an existing rating? Do they publish these rating externally, or is it only for subscribers. Are you a subscriber to Zacks? Do you have an electronic version of the research report that came out with the rating.
