I've looked for them myself here in the Toronto area. The only place I've seen them is at National Sports. They had a total of six of them stuck in the corner of one of the many racks. This is a large sports outlet with a large hockey area. Their hockey stick shelf space is about 60 linear feet of sticks plus a number ( 4 or 5 ) special display stands ( Easton, Koho ). I had pretty much given up and spotted them at the last minute. I was disappointed with their lack of visibility, I was looking for them and still nearly missed them. Also, the shafts were "dirty" looking, they looked like they had been lying around for a long time. Anyone not familiar with the technology of the product would be shocked with the price ( $99 Cdn ) given the presentation of the shafts.
To command this price, these things needed to be in a special display beside a life sized cut out of Brad Park!

Maybe marketing was not a requirement when dealing with Defense contractors but if the Q wants to exist in the sporting goods arena, they better start doing a better job.

That is the same response I got from a dozen golf shops here in the West Palm Beach area regarding the shafts.
