The mandate does not apply until 2014 so why are you blaming current layoffs on the mandate?

Coincidence or not, but my daughter knows a single mother in her mid twenties that got the word on WEDNESDAY that she was no longer qualified for whatever aid she had been getting.....food stamps, day care, educational benefits and the like.

Surely that timing had nothing to do with the election.
