Obama released a fairly detailed agenda on his plans for a second term. Romney promised he would release his after the election. No one changed core positions like Romney. He was all over the place. Heck, he would often change positions in the same speech. Even the same sentence. And pretty much everything he said about Obama was a lie or distortion. I think you project too much. Personally, I think shepherding the economy out of a near depression is a significant accomplishment.
