I thought too maybe the religious right voters stayed home because of not liking Romney and he being less vocal about the social issues than they liked.

Though there were a few. Most stay at homers did so because Romney is a socialist Republican. Socialist as in taking money from the working and giving it to the non working.

Yeah he said all the right things and lied about that. But we know he keeps his Etch a Sketch handy.
