I cannot agree with your supposition. I just can't accept the courts decision to relieve him from this fine and disgorgement simply on basis that he no longer has the assets to permit him to pay. I would expect if this is true the least the court should do is issue a judgement against him so that his assets-if he ever gets any-in the future, if his ability to pay changes he could be forced to pay up.

The conversations I have had have assured me that Huttoe will be forced to disgorge virtually all of his assets. He must provide a financial statement, and he is bound by the acuracy of that statement. If more assets mysteriously appear later, they'll force him to give these up as well.

Unfortunately, his assets don't come close to the $12 million.
