We are getting a new Subway here. We already have a Zip's and a Pizza Hut. Plus a Mexican Restaurant in a place that has been the home of at least three failed efforts since it was built three or four years ago.

Don't know if it's true, but I've heard McDonalds has created more millionaires than any other franchise. I don't want to be a millionaire that bad.
