Right now, the govt is propping everything up, delaying the bust are they not?

Nonsense. Look, I live in Richardson, just south of Plano. In fact, just south of the Cisco campus. It is far from just recovering. Some areas are booming. Just try to hire a Ruby on Rails developer. Advertising is switching over to the web at a rapid pace, increasing the demand. There are all sort of new companies popping up. Here is one in the area.
