<<<1) Can anyone tell me who, other than Texas Instruments, would be buying Amati now? Is TI attempting to purchase 51% now so the deal will go through or will they hope Amati shareholders approve? What % of Amati is held by employees?>>>

I don't know who'd buy Amati now, other than TXN. And, yes, with their tender offer, they want 100% eventually. With 51% the outcome is a slam-dunk. With 90% they don't have to call for a vote. Insiders don't hold a big percentage, I think 7% total. I could be off, but I know it's not significant.

<<<2) Since I come to this thread every day, and it will probably be disappearing soon, does anyone know of a forum that deals strictly in Internet and Internet IPO stocks?>>>

Someone else may know, but I don't. The quickest way to find out would be to write the webmasters.

Good luck!
