What % of Amati is held by employees?>>> I don't know who'd buy Amati now, other than TXN. And, yes, with their tender offer, they want 100% eventually. With 51% the outcome is a slam-dunk. With 90% they don't have to call for a vote. Insiders don't hold a big percentage, I think 7% total. I could be off, but I know it's not significant. <<<2) Since I come to this thread every day, and it will probably be disappearing soon, does anyone know of a forum that deals strictly in Internet and Internet IPO stocks?>>> Someone else may know, but I don't.
