Dale-BGN warrants good til 10-7-00 exercise price is $5.50. The warrants are redeemable at a price of .01 per warrant upon 30 days notice at any time that the common is at least $10.00 per share for 20 consecutive trading days ending on the third day prior to date on which notice of redemption is given. Regarding earnings estimate-I don't believe any analysts follow-could be wrong. 3,600,000 outstanding before company repurchased 200,000-. Read company news on yahoo a lot of interesting items occurring. Top line growth isn't the best-sounds like company is going to pursue some acq. especially if share price continues to move upward.
