Decided to close my Mog-A today @ 35.75$ after reading the recently posted 10k. I did not like their pension accounting too much, the liabilities are way up due to decreased discount rates and they still have not lowered the expected rate of return for their pension fund assets from 8.9% yet. I figure that lowering the return into the lower 7% range would add another 200M$ in liability.

FCF was nothing to write home about either. This makes the stock valuation less attractive to me, than I initially thought.
