Bob McDonnell of Virginia would be my favorite governor on a 2016 ticket. I think it's a given though that Rubio needs to be on the ticket in 2016.

The GOP did not do it this time. Their emphasis should have been on gaining total control of Congress. With that they have the Supreme Court, the budget, the taxes, the military and more.

The next election should be more about the Congress than about the job of President. As things stand right now, I would bet that we lose the 2016 presidential election.
