I'm really sorry for the folks in CA who are sane. Those up in the Northern area near San Fran are just plain batty. One of the reasons we haven't been down there in many years. We used to go there and to Carmel at least once a year, and did that for many years. But then, even with our nutty Dems in Seattle (not so much the suburbs) it's still a nice place to be. There are enough who aren't just far out Left .... I must say though, there were hardly any Romney-Ryan signs around (were we all afraid of having our property vandalized? I think so.....)....but on the same token, didn't see many Obama-Biden signs either. It's very sad....we have 5 counties (still Heavily Unionized) who are mostly Left, (I live in the largest one King CO)....and the rest of the state is mostly Conservative or Republican.
