In addition to all the new regulations and new taxes he will add a steal tax through that action. His goal is to make small businesses cease to exist. Since they drive most new job growth killing them off will make more people equally miserable, and dependent on government handouts. I have a friend who failed in business in part because he felt compelled to carry personnel that made him virtually discrimination suit proof.
