I would doubt if that purchase was related because the price didn't budge. Only MM's can pull that. Kind of like this morning. Feeling pretty good about EUTRO this morning thanks to Alan!

Nougie, ~~"It's possible that the 4 companys have already started buying back those shares."~~ Yep, I read ALL the posts. What I was referring to was the fact that if those "4 companies" aquired 50 million shares (regardless if it was a loan), it still constitiutes a greater than 10% stake in the company for each company. As such, I would be under the impression that before any of those "restricted" shares be allowed to be sold, the "companies" would have to have filed a Form 144 (intent to sell). Thinking I might have missed the filing, I searched (from April to September) for the follow up Form 4 that has to be filed by the 10th day of the following month in which the trade occurs. I found nothing. That was my point. I couldn't find anything that showed when these "companies" sold off shares. Of course, <BG>, knowing they weren't suppose to sell anyway, they probably didn't want to announce it to the SEC and therefore, didn't file!!;-) Just a thought. Theo
